Click the buttons below each photo for more info about that room. The lower floor rooms offer modern and spacious accommodation. Large windows with screens, a ceiling fan, and concrete subfloor help keep these rooms quite cool during the summer months. The two upstairs rooms are perfect for guests seeking classic charm during their stay. These rooms are slightly smaller but feature unobstructed ocean views, A/C unit, and balcony. We can't guarantee a specific room for your booking, but we try our best to meet guest wishes.
Harbour Breeze 1 - lower floor
Room 1 is closest to the front entrance and great for those with mobility issues, or for guests planning a late arrival/early departure. This room offers mixed harbour/yard views and is closest to the kitchen. It has a separate door going out the side of the building.
Harbour Breeze 2 & 3 - lower floor
Rooms 2 and 3 are closest to the lounge and laundry area, in the middle of the lower hall. They are very similar and offer mixed harbour/yard views.
Harbour Breeze 4 - lower floor
Room 4 is the furthest away from the front entrance/kitchen area and offers the fullest harbour view of our lower rooms. It's at the end of the hall closest to the owner's apartment and the stairway going to the upper rooms.
Oceanview Loft 6 & 7- upper floor
Room 6 and 7 are nearly identical, both featuring expansive views of the water and green hills beyond the cemetery. Slanted pine ceilings, custom trapezoid windows (with blinds) and a full window door to the balcony add to the charm of these rooms. Heat-pump/AC units are installed for warmer days.
