First floor rooms: 1-4
The lower floor rooms offer modern and spacious accommodation. Large windows with screens, a ceiling fan, and concrete subfloor help keep these rooms quite cool during the summer months.
Room 1
Room 1 is closest to the front entrance and great for those with mobility issues, or for guests planning a late arrival/early departure. This room offers mixed harbour/yard views and is closest to the kitchen.
Second floor rooms: 5-6
The two upstairs rooms are perfect for guests seeking a bit of romance and charm during their stay. These rooms are slightly smaller but feature unobstructed water views. **We are undertaking an exciting project to add AC wall units, new windows, and balconies to the upstairs rooms. Completion is targeted for the 2026 season, but this can't be guaranteed. Stay tuned for updates**
